Educational Scholarship Foundation
Purpose:
To provide financial assistance to some child
upon high school graduation in the furthering of their academic education at
any of the accredited Colleges or Universities within the United States.
Recipient Guidelines:
1. Must be a recent graduate from any of the
Gadsden County High Schools located within the state of
2. Must have a minimum 3.0 Grade Point
Average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale.
3. Must submit a one page essay (typed,
single line spacing).
Essay should be
titled “My Interests”. Essay should
include what interests you have and how you plan to develop or enhance that
interest for future application/implementation to make a positive difference in
your community and/or the lives you affect.
Scholarship Amount:
The amount of the scholarship varies from
$200.00 to $500.00 per year. The
scholarship check will be made out to the college or university in care of the
recipient’s name.
Application Deadline:
Completed applications must be received no later than April 1st of the applicant’s
high school graduating year.

Applicant Response Notification:
Notification of acceptance or denial will
be sent back to the applicant no later than May 15th of the applicant’s high school graduating year.
